Getting hold of VODAPHONE customer services?

How do I get hold of them, because they are sending someone elses bill's to my home address (who incidently has never lived here)?

It concerns me, because it could very easily be some sort of scam, which could leave my address with a "black mark" at one of the credit ref agencies.

I'd rather e-mail them (cheaper) but can't find anything that lists either a "general" type problem or abuse/fraud etc etc address I've had to open one of these bills to see if there's anything there - nothing.

It seems that they don't take any notice of "return to sender" or "not known this address" comments on the envelopes.

What the best suggestion?

cheers

John

p.s. Oh and it's only contact numbers are 0870 ones, so I'd rather not have to call them either!

Only number would be 08700 776655 . If you really want peace of mind to make sure it isn't in your name and is not putting a mark against your address then ring them. If your in no rush then write to them including the bill.

When i worked for Vodafone we would get calls like this and if bills had not been paid for a while then we'd check the address and if it is "the callers" address but not the users address, then we would telephone the user and get the correct address.Simple.

To be honest the way they handle paper corrispondance, you would be better giving them a call.

    Good luck.

Thank you very much for the replies.

After a further 3 or so hours of digging round their site, I eventually found "customer.care@vodafone.co.uk" (I can't believe that it was such hassle to get a basic email address!).

Perhaps it might have been quicker to send my moan to as many variations as possible and see which one(s) weren't bounced !

So I've e-mailed them for the moment.

    Again, many thanks

    regards

    John
