Hi museumworker :D you are doing really well so far in MFW! I do go through phases of doing loads of surveys then getting fed up! At the moment I'm on the "fed up" stage ... but I'm trying to study for qualifications so thats taking up my free time. Things like superpoints has been good as you dont really have to do much, just click a button & watch some videos for a few extra quid a month.

I know how you feel being pregnant and working full time, I worked in London (2 hour commute each way) up until my 36 week (& still quite often had to stand on the tube & I was HUGE!) and it did take its toll on me. I know everyone will be saying it, but make sure you get as much rest as you can

Had a frugal day today. Been looking at new toys for DD & my friend has a few Happyland ECL toys and they are lovely for that age. I had a look in ECL & they are around £40 for the houses/sets!!! 1st birthday coming up! Maybe Granny will feel generous.:p However, when I'm in my local town I always pop into the charity shops for a quick look, DD needs some more long sleeved tops as her 9-12months are getting too small. None of them, but did spot the Happyland girly castle with everything except the king & queen figures for £2.50, :money:bargain! I bought it & now looking on ebay to see if I can complete the set.

Just finished lesson 7 out of 9 on my course. So should finish studying by the weekend & book exam probably for the week of the 20th ish. This level is a LOT more difficult that previous as there is a lot more info to remember, so not expecting at 98% again, would really like to get a distinction to complete the set, but the pass/distinction % are pretty high (I think distinction = 95%+) so will just do my best :D

Also got a crown on my Dooyoo review! :D YAY an extra £1.50 in the pot.

Busy listing stuff on Ebay - Free listing weekend! :money: Nothing very major, a couple of old wireless routers which have been replaced when changing ISP providers and a few pairs of shoes which I have rarely worn (& can no longer seem to wear heels after having my little girl). But DH is looking at selling his gokart

Getting close to payout again on Superpoints, but not had any time to get on there past few days.

Nearly finished my course studying, half way through last chapter. Once I've finished going to book my exam for the week of the 20th, so will give me just over a week to review all my notes & look at anything I'm not sure of. Getting excited that I could be starting working soon :D After this exam just two mini exams. Basically I've done all the theory, next two exams putting theory to practice on a computer system ie SAGE. I've always been good with computer systems & I currently use a mini version of SAGE for DH's business accounts so shouldnt be too taxing next two exams. My aim is to get it done by end of June

Little annoyed! Just rang up HMRC regarding my CTC claim, which I sent middle of April, it said at the time I should hear within 3 weeks. But the message on the automated service now says 8 weeks & not to call back until June! REALLY!!!! I hope they back date the payments to the date I claimed from! I first called end of March when I decided not to return to work, but they told me to call back next tax year as they cannot accept claims for future years. So called back on 07 April & got a claim pack sent out, which took 2 weeks... filled in & returned immediately. I dont even know whether they have recieved it as no-one will speak to me until June. There is no acknowledgement etc. It makes me think that they REALLY do not want people claiming any kind of benefits, even though I have paid taxes since I was 16 & last few years I've been paying around £15K a year. Now I have a child I want to be able to afford to look after her & not return to work full time, but cannot do that on our current income. This system needs to be improved!!!!

On the other hand DH sold his car for £2,500 so at least we can pay the bills for the next couple of months :D

Booked next exam !!!!! 24 May (9 days), need to get studying!

Ebay sales are finishing tonight. People on Ebay I feel do get a bit bid happy! (not that I'm complaining) My converse high tops have 30 mins left and are currently at £27.50 plus P&P... You can buy them new for not much more! I know mine have only been worn once so look like new, but hey its good for me!

Shower is currently at £41!! It has been sitting in our cupboard for a few years, never even crossed my mind to put it on Ebay!

Everything else hasnt got a bit :( but not to worry. Didnt put the kart on as it falls under Ebay Motors so wasnt a free listing. But next weekend is free Ebay Motors, so will put it up then.

Ebay finished & made a total £78, which is great! And all paid up instantly. Off to post them in the morning. Cleared out a bit of my cupboards and made some money :D

Will do a bit more sorting when exam is over & see what else we can sell on next free weekend. May go through the wardrobe as I've got tonnes of clothes that I dont fit in anymore (after pregnancy my hips are about 2 inches SMALLER! - didn't expect that to happen!)
