Tesco payg mobile

Can anyone offer any advice?
My son has a payg phone on tesco mobile, and I've topped it up with £10, believing that under there triple offer his credit would be £30. But it's not.
Have they stopped this offer now? I can't find a number to ring customer services :(

They have not stopped it: Pay as you go , help-triple-credit.jpg
However, I believe that this is just a marketing ploy: Tesco mobile tariff rip off ?

    Triple credit feature still available

Just call 282 to find out what tarrif you are on.
You can change tariffs by calling 284.

You do not necessarily get free credit with every top up - only once a month and only a maximum of £40 free credit.

Although, whilst you're there, you might want to think about switching to Tesco PAYG Lite with no-frills 8p/min and 4p/text. There is no "triple credit" offer, but then it's 25p/min and 10p/text on the triple credit deal, so that is only marginally worthwhile if ALL the free credit is used up whilst it is valid (1 month).

£10 top up on tesco triple credit =
80 minutes to be used within a month and 40 minutes to be used anytime OR
£10 top up on tesco PAYG lite =
125 minutes to be used anytime
(that's based on calls only, but fiddle around with a mix of calls and texts and you'll get a similar result, that unless you are making use of some of the bundles available on the Free Credit tariff, for straight calls and texts, transfer to Lite.
