By stating legal precedents the way they do on their website, just how they and their ilk try to deceive people with legal claptrap, these cases were heard in the small claims and legal precedents are set in higher courts than them

Odd that they don't mention the 36 cases in the last 18 months where the PPC lost.0 -

Yeah I agree, wonder why they don't mention that ?perhaps I will email them about their lapse, I will call it my civic duty lol
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
In my case I've been ticked (multiple times) where I live.
I used to rent a permit off another person who lives in the same flats, but when they needed it back I wrote to the land owners (via the email address on their website) requesting information about getting my own.
The landowners never got back to me so I found other email addresses on their website and emailed them all.
I still don't have a permit and the land owners never got back to me and while I was getting tickets reasonably often (a couple a week) I didn't receive any letters so I decided to ignore them.
Today (about a month and a half after first ticket) six letters arrived asking for £90. Or £540 in total. I've had more than six tickets.
I know the usual advice is to just ignore because the amount of money they'd get isn't worth the hassel, but it my case it'd add to a reasonable sum.
I'd be happy to pay the actual amount a permit costs, £85 per month.0 -
Well the advice is still to ignore, let's face it they have written to you asking for that money, probably at the address you are renting from on the complex, you have asked for permits from the landowner without success . So check your lease about parking, what does it say ? You need to keep all letters though as they may try their hands at the small claims. Also do they mention clamping on any of their signs, and can you actually see any ?Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. Yeah the signs are actually really clear and obvious, they don't say anything about clamping.0

Six letters arrive all at once and the signs are 'really clear and obvious'...that's odd. But then some things are 'really clear and obvious'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Not sure what you mean. There are huge signs all over the car parking area and the entrances from the car park to the building that you'd have to walk past every day. Unfortunately in this case there is no argument as to them not being clear.
Not sure why the letters have taken until now to start coming through, I assume because they wait until it crosses their internal date threshold for the charge going up (which is obviously a complete absurdity, but lets leave that for now) plus all the non-working days over Christmas.0
