Maybe MobileToday should change its name, as this was actually launched on 1st February
It may not interest us directly, but O2 Germany has launched something similar, though not with quite as many countries.
Given 3 Like Home, and some new roaming deals from other networks abroad, maybe roaming charges are in flux at last0 -
But o2 has started charging for voice mail even if we don't listen in other countries. At present i'm in india and o2 has advised me to deactivate the voice mail otherwise i will be billed about 1.98 gbp whether i listen to messages or not.The good thing i can still sent the text back to uk.OK guys let me enjoy holidays!!0

It costs £10 to set up your 25p a min calls or texts and free to receive.
You'd have to make and get a lot of calls while in the EU to make it worthwhile, non?0
