Is this a good business deal?

I need a new mobile for my self employed business and also wish to cut my BT bill! Not keen on dubious cash back schemes and need to be on the Vodafone or Orange network due to rural location.

BT Business are suggesting I go onto thier "One" tarrif with a Sony Erricson 750i, this will give no inclusive minuites but capped calls of up to an hour from the mobile of 25p to any landline or mobile and from my landline capped at 5p to a landline and 25p to a mobile for up to an hour. The mobile will be £12.50(+vat) per month and my landline will have standard line rental charges, it will be a two year contract. However if I spend over £500 pa on all BT services they will credit 5% of the years spend (I currently exceed this).

On the face of it it sounds like a good deal and I am tempted but what do others think? Does anyone have experience of this deal from BT?
