Has anyone ever used the website bralx.com? I have purchased an item from it and not had any correspondance about it. Has anyone recieved goods from this website?:(

I have used them, actually ordered 2 items from them on the 21st & they said delivery was to be 3-5 days as i live in the north of UK.......tried to call them today several times, but no one answered........not sure if to worry yet or not....when did u order ur item??

I tried to order a dishwasher but they only accept bank transfer I didnt pay and sent a email but have no automated reply reply? too good to be true?

We ordered our tv at the weekend and then read comments from another forum about the bralx site and how the address associated with the web domain does not exsist. I googled it myself to double check and it does not exsist. I like you have called all day and no one has answered. We have also emailed and no response. We have contacted the relevent authorities about this website to try and get more information about this site, but it does not look good.

I ordered a laptop from there on the 22nd using paypal, the very next day, I got an email from paypal saying my account was put on hold and the transaction was being investigated.

Further suspicions result in this website being a fake from searching up "bralx store" on google and clicking on the 4th link down, the pistonheads one.


Do not use this website and if you have, start getting your money back!

Cheshirespirit - search on Google for bralx.com - it will return a link to a discussion on pistonheads.com (sorry, but the MSE forum software won't let me post the link). That should give you some more information. Basically, it seems like it might be worth contacting your credit card company/PayPal. If you've paid by bank transfer then I don't know what to suggest - maybe speak to your bank to see what they can do.

Thanks for that Jim_Rob.....am gutted to say the least as i read more n more negative about this so called company!!!....sadly i paid directly from my bank, so will call them to see whats what....here's to hoping!!!

I am concerned too about this site. I have purchased a tv but there is no indication that it has been despatched and no one to contact as they do not answer the phone. I have raised it with paypal through their resolution centre. Suggest you do the same if you are worried.
