Transferring an Isa

I have an ISA with the Halifax but was wondering how easy it would be to transfer the funds I have in this ISA to a different ISA account which would give a better rate of return. Could any one please advise me.

    go to who ever you want to transfer the isa to and they will probably give you some forms to fill out take it to them and it will take about 30 days to complete the process or mine did !! GGggrrr
