    It's called consolidation, the shares have the same value (unless the value of the stock has gone up or down). But you just have less of them.

    1000 x 0.12p = £120

    10 x £12 = £120

  • The offer represents a premium of 16.3% to the price of 0.14p

    So 430 shares of the old MV sports (worth 60.2p in 2003) are now worth 16p (2 x 8p). So which ever way you slice it, it's not looking good.
