But are you able to record to an external Hard drive? If you have a hard drive then you have a serious amount of space in which to record programs, might save on having to buy a pvr.0

The TV probably only has 1 tuner (I'm ignoring the Freesat as he hast not said that he's using it) so he will only be able to record 1 channel, with a PVR you can record 1 (probably 2) & watch another.0
