BT refusing to cancel contract and say's i am with "Annodata"
My father went to cancel his mobile phone contract with 02 - (which he has had since the BT days!) But they said that he is no longer with them, and he "signed" up to a company called annodata last year for 24mths. He still gets his o2 bills and has never heard of this company or remember agreeing or signing up to anything. He deals with everything about his contract in a local 02 store, they themselves have no idea who the company are, and are unable to give him any further details.
It’s all so unbelievable

Hi not sure but google annodata + o2 they seem to be linked.0

This may help-appears to be some kind of business telcom reseller that has a partnership with O2?

Very possible - you don't say when he got his last phone, as it will probably hinge on this. Annodata is a B2B service company and have been known to offer 'upgrades', whilst explaining they ar a 'partner' of O2 - who do their billing for them. If he's never had a new phone in the last 2 years, he can probably challenge it, but not otherwise.0

are you sure someone didnt call him and offer some sort of new deal or upgrade and said they were from 02?What goes around-comes around0
