I didn't guess, it was in the op! If it wasn't in the op I would have asked for more info about how and when the order was cancelled. I wouldn't have asked another member.

Well I never. Although Boo Hoo haven't answered by question as to how their returns policy meets with their requirements under the DSR's - they have sent an email confirming that the £2 is being credited back into my bank account.

I know it's only £2 but it's still a victory and if (although I doubt we will) order from then again and it needs to be returned at least they have set a precedent.
