Anyone with a LG 8110 ?

Hi, my old phone is an LG 8110 and the connection for battery has died completely, so my battery/phone does not charge at all. I've tried new charger and it still does not work, so it's my LG phone fault that the connector is not working for charging. My LG battery does charge in other LG 8110 (or similar) phones...

My question is: Could someone please charge my LG battery in their LG 8110 (or similar) phone so i can put it in mine and get all my contacts off it?

(My old network 3 cant help as they dont do anymore phones with those batteries so i've tried asking in a 3 store if they can charge it for me, no luck)

thanks a lot for any help, just need to charge it once to get my contact numbers

I would have a look on ebay to see if you can get either an old LG8110 phone or a battery to get your contacts of the phone. Then get a new phone selling everything esle on ebay. Are you sure your contacts are on the phone, they might be on the SIM card?
  • Thanks for the reply, yes my contacts are definitely on the phone :( and none of my friends have a LG phone.

I have already bought a battery on ebay and it was not charged :(
