We have recently changed to Virginmedia super hub and was installed yesterday. However I could not connect wireless to my laptop.
I rang them first thing and advised I connect a cable to the laptop and they would ring me later. I did say I preferred it was not one of their colleagues in India because I do not understand them. HOW WRONG I WAS. However I managed to find a cable shortly afterwards and called them back myself.
This time I went through to one of their Indian contact centres and spoke to the a lovely lady called Deepe. I advised her I wasnt very computer savvy and she was not good but was brilliant. She connected to my laptop remotely and did everything for me. It was a 2 hour process but we got there.
In future I will try not to generalise and for me they came up trumps!

I have to say my one and only problem with AOL (TalkTalk) was fixed by a lady from an Indian call centre. She knew what she was doing and was very professional. It's someone else's fault.0
