    Why is there a difference?
If a buyer claims INR the seller has to prove delivery via a signature.
For a chargeback you only have to prove posting.
    Confused!

There is a difference. A INR means the buyer gets their funds and the seller doesn't. A Chargeback means Paypal reimburse the seller and then try and claim the funds back from the buyers bank/card.

For INR a seller must prove delivery via an online means. They only need to have a signature when the sale is £150 or more.

For UC (unauthorised chargeback/reversal) Paypal will ask for Certificate of Posting. This will enable the seller protection programme to kick in, if your item was eligible and was sent within 7 days.

I had this happen to me once.
I got myself in a right tizz about it so i phoned Paypal. The buyer form some reason tried to reverse their payment (even though they had left positive feedback).
Paypal said all they needed was a photo of my proof of delivery slip from the post office. It was really easy to do, just took a photo and put it on my computer, they told me the link to click in the resoloution center and it prompted me to add my photo. Really easy and the case was closed within hours.
    Hope that helps:j:j
