Ignore it, obviously, as it is just a scam!! Did you read any other threads on this forum? :D

Just read the sticky threads. This link is there and surely would have reassured you if you had read the sticky threads first:

    http://www.forumeter.com/video/226452/How-to-deal-with-Penalty-Charge-Notices-issued-by-private-companies

HTH now read a few other threads and learn which letters to ignore:

We don't need a pic of it, we have all the pics on the top thread. It's just a matter of ignoring some letters and it's EASY.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yup - This is a scam and there are many threads in this forum about them.

Just ignore all the empty threats from them and their fake collectors. :)

I laugh at how the estimated damages suffered by the landowner can jump from £50 to £150 if you don't pay them by a certain date, damages would remain the same, at zero.

That is why it's a penalty, either their losses are £50 or £150 it can't increase from one to the other on a certain day. But they will be hard pushed to explain why their losses are more than zero in a small claim court.

The advice is to ignore completely unless signed and stamped court papers arrive.
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Free car park = no actionable consequential loss, £150 CHARGE = unenforceable Private Penalty = IGNORE

Never mind the parking issues (why are they idiot enough to get the scammers in?) I would never eat at McDs. The only decent thing they do is the ice cream.
