Has anyone received the £60 rebate for switching to TalkTalk from another broadband provider as promised during the promotion? TalkTalk are stating uswitch needs to send out the voucher, however when i speak to uswitch they say its TalkTalk. Now i have sent uswitch two emails to their customer service and havn't had a response. I have also called and they have promised to call me back and never do. I have asked to speak to a team manager and they say not possible as they are all in a meeting(convenient!).

I switched over 07sep, after 90days i am due a £60 Tesco voucher. Uswitch customer service is absolutely diabolical. What shall i do? I havn't got the time to keep pestering and chasing them, in any case they just don't seem to know what they are doing. I just want this cleared up.

I signed my grandmother up to the same deal back in June 2011, and she received her gift cards (£50 + £10) in August.
Did you get the email with the form to fill in for the tesco gift card?
