  • I've often put more than 1 magazine through. Same transaction too i think.

No bootsing for me today. Went in yesterday and came out empty handed. No MF boxes, reduced things, decent ACM vouchers, new magazines or anything cheap to use men's voucher on.

I met a very rude woman who was complaining to SA she couldnt find anything to spend women's voucher on - apparently she kept taking stuff to till and being refused (prob body stuff judging from what she had in hand). She had dragged the SA over to shelves and was getting her to point out what it could be spent on. SA seemed to struggle with this and so i 'helpfully' said - you can get those Botanics wipes for 49p. Her lovely reply was "why the F*** would i want to do that when i can buy wet wipes!" Charming - i was only trying to help!!!

Hi there, having read up on here, I had my first attempt at getting some offers from Boots the other day.
They had no magazines...sales assistant looked at me very blank when I asked.
I bought 2 benefit sharpeners, there was no price on shelf, but they were the 2 hole ones and were £3.50 each
Has anyone returned one of these, and were there any problems/removal of points?
    By now, I had a voucher :D
I managed to find a Mint and Rosemary mask, but the voucher didn't scan with it. Sales assistant asked her colleague, who couldn't see why there was a problem as it was skincare, they then called over a supervisor who muttered about it being a trial size pack and offers weren't on those.
They grudgingly allowed the voucher and I fled.

Off to try again tomorrow, as a customer has given me a voucher, and I need to use the men's one. Think I might try the wipes as they may be safer.

  • in the new magazine there is a voucher for 250 points on the digital one hour service, does anyone know if you use this service are you able to just get 5 photos or is there a limit you have to reach to do this on the one hour, it says nothing on the voucher so this could be a good one

    Hi

I have some women's skincare vouchers to use but don't like the smell of Botanics items. I tried it with a mask today but it didn't work. Any other ideas please?

 Wow, extremely rude. Which store was this?

I popped into the Sheffield store today, SA we standing around the MF promo area and make up - I couldn't see any boxes, it was like they were guarding the area :rotfl: (there were quite a few earlier in the week, was tempted to get one but dare not without spending the £15 :o:D )
My adv card didn't have any offers at all, I only checked on one machine though
    The £2.00 Coin Savers Club = approx £22.00  :j.. The 20p Savers Club = £17.80.

Are the avent boxes a pricing error or are they just discontinuing them?

The ones I got were priced as £5 on the shelf but the boxes were very dusty so IMO they are going to discontinue them as they must be old stock. But well worth 50p.
