for once, i wasnt really trying to fleece Boots. The worst thing i did was rip 2 botanics 100pt vouchers out of 2 magazine - hardly crime of the century compared with the usual bootsing tricks!
    I LOVE YOU BOOTS!

So someone didn't get their vouchers

I went to wood green to grab a box, they also have the brush rolls, and little black bags (All Maxfactor).

I bought a mascara just for the sake of it... anyway I think I've done quite well after a phone call...

    I bought
MF Mascara and got a gift box, and black bag for free... i also picked up a brush roll (they can only say no) and put that through.

I then picked up some mens botanics cream... £1.50 after using the 2.50 voucher and some botanics scrub for myself... £2

I then used the 100 botanics voucher from back of mag.

anyway the 100 points voucher didnt work and the brush roll came up as 9.99... i just called the ac cs team and they have credited my card with 1250 i think she said :)

And looking on my receipt something had a bonus 300 points (I believe it was the mascara)..

So all in all I got back 1562 in points

Can't quite work out if thats good or not now I've confused myself

hurrah, the cheltenham, store had the max factro boxes so got it with a mag. One assistant did say you need to buy £15 worth of MF stuff, so i took to the photo till and she didn't question it.

    so thats good :)

Are the MF brush rolls in a black fabric wrap? Saw lots yesterday, they were alongside the free nail varnish packs but did not realise they were also free, I thought I saw them marked at £9.99.

I did get a free nail varnish pack.

The brush rolls arn't free, they scan through at £9.99, i did ask to try putting £15 of products through, wouldn't go through even with that.

I called cs and explained what they went through as and they credited the money back to me in ac points, I did say that it was with all the other promotional stuff and could she check if they were actually a free gift...

So i'm still none the wiser, either there was a mistake or i just got a very nice cs lady.

Yeah they are black the brush wrap thingies

    :)

Ah I'll keep that in mind from now on, I usually head to finchley, whetstone or barnet but they never have anything :)

The only problem with woodgreen is being stuck in traffic :(
