I had to spend time in a refuge many years ago, and once the bruises wore off and i could chuck out the very heavy foundation and red lipstick that hid the majority of the bruising, some new make up would have been lovely. So i applaud you and anyone else who does this.:T

Not sure if this has been posted, but Swansea Boots in town had LOADS of reduced things yesterday. Bought a 1 litre of Toni & Guy conditioner for £4.49-bargain.

There was loads of botanics things reduced-didn't get any as I have too much

It was me - thanks for your lovely comments! I find it rude not to relieve Boots of almost anything they've on daft offers, and there are plenty of folk who find themselves in less fortunate times.

Given that Boots is originally from Nottingham as I recall, do you feel a sense of Robin Hood comes around?

I do exactly the same. My brain gets all confused if I go to Boots without a list, and I end up buying things at full price with no extra points. :rotfl:

I open up a word document, then I copy and paste all the useful posts into that, and before i leave for lunch or end of the day i print that. Used to have about 5 post it notes worth of garbled scribbles hehe
