sugerhunny1 Im glad you contacted womens aid - they are VERY appreciative of any help arent they. It made me feel very humble as they were in shock at getting offered free beauty stuff.I now am on a mision to get as many free sanctuary masks for them as I can ! Gives my bootsing another mission ! ( apart from the tons of points im accumilating )
Its only a phone call and they will collect. I dont know whos post you read but I am going to post the link again as its not on this new thread, and it might be something a lot of people have not considered. I know a lot of people who I have gave my boots freebies & they have tossed them in a drawer or never bothered with them- at least you know the freebies are going to a good home at womens aid.
Here is the link to womens aid if anyone wants to get in contact.
Boots news- NO MF freebies, especally the covetted box, in the slightest at the glasgow fort nor any reduced sanctuary ranges.

No this isnt the one. Its a duller green colour. No white on the packaging at all. Looking on the website it may be in the older packaging. There was lots of it in nottingham.
I dont know how to upload a photo or I could show you which one it was - sorry0 -

I am not sure if I will get this right....but here goes
The MF gift Box is a free gift so when it is scanned at the till it comes up as costing £0.00. Now, I think you are meant to spend £15 or £25 on MF items (both amounts have been quoted on here) in order to get a free box. BUT, if you grab a box off the counter without a sales assistant spotting you and take it to a till where the SA is unlikely to know what the 'deal' is (i.e the photo counter or pharmacy) the box simply scans as being a free item. If asked you can say 'Oh, I think its free with that Botanics cream (or with a £10 spend or with a packet of nappies or whatever you happen to have in your basket!!!!)
No doubt someone will explain it far better....but thats how I got one anyway2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead0 -
Popped into Brighton branch this pm for some calpol and spotted the MF boxes had been restocked so popped one in my basket and went to pay at pharmacy. Miserable girl queried with another SA who went to look at display, no one there so came back and phoned manager who said have to spend £15 on MF. i argued that I had 1 the other day and that the till accepts it so must be okay. In the end he asked if I wanted to see the manager so I thought nothing to lose, said yes. he appeared, couldn't work it out either wandered around the stand, wandered off, came back with yet another man who eventually agreed that if the till was accepting it then I could have it...
Then I went upstairs got some no. 7 suncream on BOGOF and got another wrap! Off on holiday tomorrow so no more bootsing for a while. If trying for a MF box I would say buy a few extra items to mask it and don't let them put the box through 1st as it shows £0.00 and makes them query it.0 -
