Pumpkin wrote:Hi Libby,
I got one at the weekend with the £3 off voucher from the ACM and triple points. I was on my period so I've had a chance to test it and I must say I would never go back to tampons again! They are clean, easy to use and of course money saving!
The 2 different sizes are if you've had a baby naturally or not and if you are under or over the age of 30 - don't really understand that one...
If you're not happy with it you can also send it back to the company and get a full refund
thanks, for the info, Id like to give it a go, but I wonder what are you supposed to do if you're out and in a public loo with no sink to rinse it out? It says you should rinse it out so would it be worth buying two? to have a spare in your bag?0 -

Glad you got on ok at boots. I noticed you said you had a sad lamp are they any good as I have been thinking about getting one for a while but the cost etc had put me off.If anyone else had one I would be grateful for some feedback .
Hi Cat72, I have an SAD sunrise alarm clock (Boots sell them) and I have found it helps but I also have a "Litebook" LED SAD lamp which really really helps (not from Boots). I know what you mean about cost, I think I paid about £150......but they had (not sure if they still do) a 60 day money back guarantee if you didnt find any improvements. Lets just say that after a week of using it no one was going to get that lamp away from me!
Have a look at this website for more info, it might help. I have the original Litebook but I notice that they have a new updated model as well.

I never get anything from the machine apart from competitions and a list of offfers in store. I have only just started Bootsing and already have a mountain of free toiletries from Tesco. Am addicted to getting something for nothing - better than gambling I suppose. I have had the card and earnt about £22 since January. Is it dependant on anything?
Thank you to everyone for all the useful hints so far.0 -
