Just home from a good days haul (thanks again to cat72 for the advice:beer: ), got half price botanics aromatherapy bottle (is out of date shortly), used voucher from acm for a 3rd off which has worked for the 2nd time:T

So to all tarts out there that find a reduced bottle, if you get a horrible sa who says you cant use voucher, the till does accept it.

Got 2 Sanctuary hand creams and a handwash, and free bag, used £2 voucher from no.7 wrap which went through ok, but till wouldnt accept 250 points voucher from acm:rolleyes:

Got bogof no.7 suncare, isnt reduced over here but wasnt quite brave enough today to go for the free wrap, am kicking myself now though.

Found a really good sa, the till wouldnt accept all my vouchers so she found another till that did, know some of the dragon sa's would give up at first attempt. So will be making a beeline for her next time im in!

Finished off with a good shop at Tesco (sa there took all my moc with no questions asked) so feeling :D now!

the facial sauna (about £22ish) is going through or maybe the most expensive no7 cream you can find!

I believe the facial sauna works with the parenting voucher

There is also the No7 heavenly hands, for £29.99, I was asking earlier if anyone had tried their parenting voucher on it, so dont know if it would work, maybe worth a try

If anyone has tried the heavenly hands kit, with their voucher could you please let us know, as Im interested in getting one of these. Nobody replied back to me earlier, I just got lost amongst everyone else :(

Following on from my post last night about lack of points from acm's I went into one of my usual Boots today, tried the card, usual free hair comp so took cs advice and asked for sa help. Nice young man did exactly the same as I had just done (plus the othe hundred odd times I've tried) but out popped the offers...100pts on Santuary facial and 150 points on over £20 spend.
Feeling confident I visited another two Boots with said card and went through the same procedure and got ....hair comp!!

This is getting really weird, do you think the sa's have a remote device that stops potential 'Bootsers' from getting offers or am I just being paranoid! :rotfl:

Helpful sa also advised me without scanning that reduced Sanctuary stuff wouldn't let free bag go through so had to go get something full price, and also wouldn't scan £3 off voucher or 100 point voucher as free gift can't be used in conjunction with other offers...a few more times of this and I'll be passing on my well thumbed vouchers here!

Do you fancy make-up, skincare, sun care products or electrical? If you can let us know which of those you'd prefer we can try and use our experience to guide you towards a purchase that you will be able to make use off.

It could be worth browsing online to see whats available and for more information once you have some suggestions.

Does anyone use the mooncup thingy? I'm a bit confused over the different sizes. It seems like a good idea...anybody tried one?

    Hi Libby,

I got one at the weekend with the £3 off voucher from the ACM and triple points. I was on my period so I've had a chance to test it and I must say I would never go back to tampons again! They are clean, easy to use and of course money saving!

The 2 different sizes are if you've had a baby naturally or not and if you are under or over the age of 30 - don't really understand that one...

If you're not happy with it you can also send it back to the company and get a full refund

I would like electrical goods thankyou
  • After reading a few posts to say that you should try and disguise your purshase with the parenting voucher, I would just like to say that in Edinburgh at the weekend, I used the voucher for the facial sauna. I almost died when the Saturday boy said "this cant be right, I will have to get a supervisor", but when she came over she it was okay to let it go through!!!

    What a relief.
  • How strange!!!??? I have just logged onto and checked my account on Boots.com, for them to say they are updating my registration details, this can take 48 hours and to come back again at a later time!! Why would they be updating my details, when I havent altered anything in the last few months??? Anyone else had this??

I am wanting to join the parenting club, but was waiting until tomorrow when I get a due date confirmed at the docs, just as well, cos I wouldnt be able to join at the moment anyway by the looks of things!!
