I bought an ipod with my points-that i saved all year for -and now it is not working. I have my receipt from 12/12 does the fact you paid with point saffect anything or should you still get it returned/repaired if it is faulty?
We had problem with ipod & took back to store, bought with points, I don't think you would have problem as long as still stock the ipods in that store, we had little bit of trouble because no longer stocked, they advised phoning customer service & we did eventually get it sorted

Not sure whether this has been posted before, but just thought I'd let you know that the No7 Facial Spa is not only the Sauna, but also comes with the facial massager, heated eyelash curler, compact trimmer and cooling eye mask.

Not a good Boots trip for me this afternoon :(

Tried to return a preholiday face serum (no receipt), explained to the SA that it was a gift but as i wasn't going on holiday this year could i swap it for something i could use. Straight way told i couldn't as they don't refund/exchange things like that as they wouldn't be able to resell it (despite still having the seal on), i queried with her and said i'd spoken to CS and its classed as skincare so could be swapped, she then wanted to know the name if the person i spoke to  She walked off to consult with the No 7 lady...came back and said no as it was on BOGOF and i'd have to take back both items, told her again it was a gift so i had no idea if 2 items had been purchased but she was having none of it so i told her i'd leave the No 7 item i was going to swap it for.

Then handed over my basket...magazine (to which she asked if i'd already had one as i was only allowed 1, this was before she even scanned it), i had then found (bottom corner of a shelf) a Remington Bikini trim & shape shaver, ticketed as £3.74!! Scanned as that aswell and she asked me what id done to the barcode to make it scan as that  and was very disbelieving that it was ticketed as that!!!! I asked if she wanted me to show her where it was, she eventually gave in..... also bought a mens botancis shave oil reduced to £1.87....

Handed my advantage card and a 250 ACM voucher (ANY mens botanics product) and she refused to scan it as 'you can't use vouchers on reduced things', i pointed out that it said ANY item and could she try it for me, she argued more and said she was going to take the botanics item off...told her not to as i still wanted my No 7 voucher

Can't believe how she spoke to me and how suspicious she was of *everything* i wanted to do/buy...think i'll stick with friendly and pleasant saturday staff form now on

So if you're reading this you miserable old bag  I have been in touch with CS already....

The £7.50 one?? If so then yes it is, i got some this morning :)

BOGOF, free wrap and £2.50 to pay and if you add £2.50 worth of other things, No7 voucher aswell :)

Unbelievable....... You can't believe how suspicious the SA was when you weren't actually telling the truth (see second quote above from your post on 01.03.07). You then had the cheek to report her!!!!!

Melon78 - what store was this in. I notice you are also in Berkshire.

I must say thou I do not agree with taking things back that were purchased on the 641 or 342 glitch.

    Hiya.

Could anyone let me know how long it takes for boots.com orders to arrive??

    Thanks :D

Just ordered 4x hand treats sachets and getting 2x weekend bags free :T :T

    Total £12.25 including delivery :D:D

PLUS triple points so 120 points :D

I put an order in yesterday and had confirmation today that it had been despatched. What were the hand treats sachets you bought  ? Thanks :).

    EDIT:
Found them - thanks. Remember Quidco :)
  • surely if people have bought lots of no7 suncream on the 641 or 342 or even the bogof and free wrap and do not want the free items they could make up birthday hampers for their friends who are going on holiday or offer it to a womens refuge or somewhere, even raffles

personally i have lots of the no7 aftersun and suncream as i wanted the wraps for 2.50 and will be either using them or giving them away

do remember that aslong as these items are not open they will not go off and there is no reason why these cant be kept till next year or even the year after

Just a quick question - can anyone please tell me if this is skincare and will go through with the £5 voucher (if I can find one!) - it's the Sanctuary body moisture spray and looks like white-ish packaging in the picture. This is it:

Also, has anyone used it and is it nice?

PS Anyone wondering what to do with your No5 vouchers - the £6.50 "radiance revealed" exfoliator (small tube) is really good, even on my dry scaley face!! Doesn't dry the skin at all and leaves skin feeling really nice!

    Hi

I have used it and it is really nice - very easy to rub in and smells lovely!!!!

libbydoll - I had the same interest as yourself and have bought a mooncup this morning. Take a look at https://www.mooncup.co.uk/index.html which I found to be a helpful site.
  • Can I just recommend the Spa Sanctuary Eye Gel (white packaging)! Bought it two days ago, and used it twice, and it is lovely! Think it was approx £7.95, so if you have a £5 voucher from instore, then its a real bargain. If not, then IMO its still worth it. The first 'eye gel' I have found that is!

On a seperate note; I bought a Dora The Explorer inflatable chair for my 21 month old daughter! On her second 'shuffle back' (!) into it, the seams came away at one side and prompty deflated the thing!
DH & I giggled while she frowned! Am hoping they will exchange, cos I can't find my receipt!
