Hi was it just me or was everybody imagining weird things while the thread was locked -I can't survive without boots!
Anyway was served by a very lovely no7 sa today who was really helpful had to return some suncare items as mum had a reaction to a no7 cream which has left her with a terrible rash and doc banned her from using any facial products till it clears up so off i went feeling a bit apprehensive, didn't have a reciept but told the lady items were purchased as 342(which they were) so got refunded £15 onto a giftcard!the suncare didn't scan as bogof though!
Don't really need anything at the moment but love sanctuary bath products so may treat myself to some more of the bath foam and some handsoak to get another bag-sorry for the long post ha dto get it off my chest!Love can tame the wildest0 -
I got accused of stealing at boots today! As some of you saw, I got a £5 no7 voucher for putting £5 on a gift voucher, and I went and asked today at the till, and the woman said "No!", so I asked why some SAs say yes, and some say no, seeming as I was given a voucher for a giftcard, and she told me "Thats stealing and defrauding the company, you should hand that voucher back!" I stood there in shock and said "Well, don't the rest of your staff need training then, and there's no need to be rude!" I've already complained.~*Cerenia*~

SEE :embarasse Melons experience is why i'm asking, what do you say.
I've been told to ask for receipt from whoever gave me gift! :rolleyes2
They seem to cover everything by saying they can't resell even if it is sealed
If you say you had a reaction to it there is a form you have to fill out with all your details customer services told me:undecided Takes about 10 minutes!!! 10 MINUTES under the scrutiny of the NO 7 SA !!!! :wall: :wall:

Gosh... they were pretty rude! Yet the lady at the Boots near my work on the N07 counter (Liverpool Street Station) is absolutley lovely. I don't think she'd ever do anything seaky, BUT she has often put through points vouchers for me when a pre-discount total was the right amount (but the final totla was too low) and the till won't accept it - she just overrides it without a hint of a question, and always suggests other very cheap ways to get more points/free gifts etc, etc. If you're reading this - thanks!
And my store is a really busy one too...April 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -

Nonsense, phone cs and tell them, they will give you a ref no. and the name of the person who you spoke to to give the sa in store if you have any problems....(and if they don't then ask for a ref and name)... check posts 1/2/3 for extra info but on the back of a boots receipt it states that 'without a receipt, we'll give you an exchange'..."happily"!
They will not accept medicines, food or cosmetics:j CRAZY NUTTER NO 16 :j:T MURPHY'S NO MORE PIES NO 15 :TSince Jan 2007Quidco £294, Not smoking £284, Tesco stamps £32, Wilkos £4Weight loss start date/weight 1st Feb - 15st 10lbToday 12th Mar - 14st 13lbvik6525 you are my inspiration xx0 -

dont want to upset anyone but I can understand trying to get things as cheap as possible and using vouchers and acm machines for extra points and stuff, but surely buying stuff and knowingly trying to take it back to get more money out of them isnt right
