Got two more Sanctuary bags today and neither had the £3 vouchers in but I for one am not bothered in the slightest - I have never rung Customer Services up to eeek out more points from what is afterall a free gift and never will. I will probably get another dozen bags by the end of the promotion - would I be justified asking for £50 worth of points to "compensate" for the missing vouchers ? Do you think if everyone did this Boots wouldn't notice !!!!!
I personally think Boots would be delighted if each of their customers spent a small fortune on Sanctuary products in order to get a dozen free gift bags, regardless of any subsequent argument over missing vouchers!
Last month Tesco stopped the Refund and Retain policy because of the actions of a small number of people who were stalking and walking out with lots of "free" goods. Boots will monitor how many points they give away via Customer Services
The difference here is in the numbers. Tesco stopped the R&R policy after getting their ar5e whipped for over a £1m (depending who you believe) due to the Xbox misprice.

I'd be surprised if 100 people phoned CS up over missing vouchers. A drop in the ocean compared to the cost of the R&R fiasco (which in itself was just a drop in the ocean for Tesco).
It's the same with people getting annoyed with SAs who won't combine offers - some will - some won't - but at the end of the day the SA is in the right to refuse you. Just accept it.
I agree - as long as they're polite in their refusal.

Has anyone been given the £3 off a Mooncup voucher from the ACM? I was actually wanting to buy one of these, so £3 off would be fab, but the machine doesn't seem to want to give me the offer :(

    I copied this from http://www.boots.com/guidedsearch/newsearch.jsp?searchArea=1&searchTerm=detox&uri=%2Fguidedsearch%2Fnewsearch.jsp&classificationId=&contentId=&articleId=&N=0&Ntk=all&Nty=1

'Mooncup is an innovative alternative to tampons.

No mess, no leaks, no dryness
    Comfortable and convenient
No bulky spares to carry, or used tampons and pads to flush or bin
No exposure to bleaches and pesticides
Excellent for women with sensitive skin or allergies
Ideal for travelling, exercise and overnight use
    Money-saving and eco-friendly

The soft, silicone mooncup is worn internally just like a tampon and can be re-used for every period. It is taken out and emptied, rinsed or wiped and re-inserted every 4 to 8 hours. Mooncup can be sterilised to keep it clean. One mooncup is all you need and will last for years.'

I have a japanese friend. She told me she used this silicone tampon for 5 years already. So environmentallist. No need to add any more sanitary towel or tampon to landfill. It is also convenient if you have to go out for fieldwork (like my job) in the rural area of developing countries (as some of their toilets might not have bins there). So for us, we like this thing. I've started using mine less than a year.

Hope this info may help someone.

    Hi,
Does anyone know if the £2 wrap bathing voucher has to be used on one specific brand of £10.00-- eg-£10+ on Sanctuary, £10+ on Naked etc. or can they be mixed & matched eg- 2 Sanctuary bathing+ free bag and bogoff Naked?

Noticed today that the NAKED body range is on offer for Buy One Get One Free

It has no Parabens in either so is meant to be good for sensitive skin
    It's a good range.

    Can recommend the:-

    Orange handwash

    Ginger shower gel

    Starflower shower gel

    Cocoa Butter bodylotion

Take care with the Manuka Honey hand lotion - overpowering and very sickly honey aroma - have a good sniff in the shop first!

I'd be very careful with the Rose and Grapefruit facewashes - really dried my skin out, regardless of what the bottle claims.

Any problems... It's made by Boots, so just take it back for a full refund or exchange. :)

hi all, have been really skint lately so avoiding boots like the plague!! anyhoo, i was collecting my son from school today and i found £5 no7 voucher on the street. yipeeee. i have really wanted to get the wrap, but havent had much money lately soooo, can any of you kind souls tell me whats the cheapest way to do it. sorry if its been asked before i'm a bit out of the loop, or loopy i'm not quite sure which one yet. thanks in advance.

I think the best way is to buy the face balm (blue box) from the NO7 sun range. £7.50 on Bogof. Take 2 and the wrap - £5 voucher leaves £2.50 to pay. It works no problem - I done this twice tonight!:T

Hi, I bought one of the mirrors from the Wakefield store, well worth travelling for ( I previously tried Leeds but no luck) as they really are gorgeous!
