Just wondering, on the website they have the free bag with facial skincare items don't they? I thought the only exclusions were feet stuff, minis and sachets? *confuzzled*

    That's my understanding.

Got it with nail and cuticle cream and a moisturiser today. It works with skincare

Hi all I got my book of treats today with £5 no 7 voucher in and camera voucher in. Have I read right that the no 7 voucher takes off more than £5 in a transaction if so what is the best thing to get with it.
I'm hoping I'll the camera on bogof so I'll get 2 for free has anyone else managed this?

hi everyone seems to be getting two cameras, also the no7 voucher people have been getting the facial saunas for 22.50 for free, the mirrors for 19.99 for free plus a free wrap with the 5.00 parenting no7 voucher but from what i can tell its best to buy a few other bits to cover this up, but they could be anything like baby wipes, shampoo not necesarily no7 just so thereare a few bits to hide the huge discount

Got two more Sanctuary bags today and neither had the £3 vouchers in but I for one am not bothered in the slightest - I have never rung Customer Services up to eeek out more points from what is afterall a free gift and never will. I will probably get another dozen bags by the end of the promotion - would I be justified asking for £50 worth of points to "compensate" for the missing vouchers ? Do you think if everyone did this Boots wouldn't notice !!!!!

BT used to have a problem with people ringing up saying they had lost a £1 in the phonebox. BT used to refund you and then they realised a small band of people were doing it daily. In the end they stopped it. Last month Tesco stopped the Refund and Retain policy because of the actions of a small number of people who were stalking and walking out with lots of "free" goods. Boots will monitor how many points they give away via Customer Services.....if it coincides with a voucher promotion do you honestly think they won't notice ? Just be happy with your free gifts. The vast majority of the free sanctuary bags will not have a £3 voucher in - accept it and move on instead of trying to get compensation.

It's the same with people getting annoyed with SAs who won't combine offers - some will - some won't - but at the end of the day the SA is in the right to refuse you. Just accept it.
  • OBSESSED NEWBIE, you will also not get triple points on all trans as it is triple points if you spend over £15

Can someone tell me if the free wrap is going through ok with a total spend of £15 and using the £5 voucher?

Had same snotty sa today (who says you can only have wrap with £20 spend), i made a mistake of picking up 2 sanctuary face masks (i got confused with the hand sachet pack, all i could remember was the price:o ) and she refused to sell them to me even though it was clear it wasnt going to include the free bag, i wasnt demanding the bag anyway. I asked for the manager but she refused. Would be good to prove her wrong with the free wrap, or better still, the bogof on suncare. Have really had enough of being treated like a thief there though. I dont think thieves actually go up to the counter and try to pay for their purchases do they? Anyway, i really did want the face masks, but guess she wanted them more.

Im going to buy one of these to get my stress out from horrible sa's in shops, i need something to help me:rotfl:

Sorry, just trying to remember - are you a romford shopper? I've had a few SAs trying to tell me that I have to pay £20 for a wrap recently.

People are aware you can get a £5 voucher by putting a fiver on a gift card? I did that, then used it back for the no7 deal.

Interesting seeing about the Advanced Hydration cream - my manager recently tried it ?(As I always use it and think its fab!) And she had a really bad rash from it as well, took over a week to clear up!

    Hello All!

I'm new & have to say i'm very impressed with your bargains! I love a bargain so let me tell you what i managed to get today!

    2 Benefit pencil sharpeners £5.00 - 500 points added & a No7 voucher which i got a pack of wipes with.

Sanctuary salt scrub reduced to £4.50 & Sanctuary toning gel & body brush reduced to £5.00. I did manage to get the free weekend bag!
Failed with 1 sa who went off & asked the manager if the bag was not going through as the item's were reduced. She said that i would have to buy full price items,so off i went & tried another sa!
This time the sales assistant said that she didnt see why it was still charging me £10.00 for the bag & after speaking to her colleague did the over ride so it was free! I also used the 150 points voucher from the machine but that had to be added on as it wouldnt go through on that transaction.
Very helpful sa i have to say! I also got another No7 voucher! YAY!

Redeemed that against the lovely face & body massager...£4.99 so it was free! the sa said she'd be getting 1 of them herself.

I also picked up some Avent Naturally welcome packs for 50p & a A sanctuary soap...Another No7 voucher which i got the Heated lash curlers with...99p.

Excellent...You have helped me bag some real bargains! Thanks!

Maybe not everybody is going for a dozen+ bags. I, for one am quite happy with the one bag I got yesterday. Might get another one later on in the promotion if I can afford it.

Now any possibility we can just leave this topic and get back to providing people with useful info :D
