Cheapest K800i contract/PAYG

I am feed up with my contract Nokia N80 (previous thread testimony to that!). I think i fancy the SE K800i, does anyone know if it sync's with outlook for diary and contacts? Any other recommendations for a decent phone.....largish screen......bluetooth, easy to use...calender/diary.... etc etc..not that bothered about having good camera quality.
Next question is where is the cheapest possible deal I can get, either contract with cashback (12 months) or PAYG, it has to be with Orange as I am locked into current contract with them.
