Glad you're feeling more positive. My OH suffers a lot with anxiety and I have depressive episodes - while we both try and support each other if we're both feeling down at the same time it can be difficult. Something that helps us to try and set aside some time for us just to do something together, doesn't have to be anything big or expensive - eg we often just chill and listen to music, play a game, maybe have a drink or something - but it makes us feel more connected and that we have support from the other person. I always feel in a better mood afterwards.0
