Just popped in to say I'm lurking and reading the thread as a de-stressor each day. Minimal flying being doneBUT I've stuck at the job, and I'm now more than halfway through week 5 of 6...although noises are being made about me staying on a 'little longer' :eek:_pale_
Has anyone heard from bonnie_bumpkins? Been wondering how she's getting on that's all.
Love, hugs, spoons and sticks to all that need them

Good morning ladies.
I'm exhaused. I decided to try the 5 minute job and it turned into an hour and I needed DD1's help. The job was re-hanging the LR curtains as some of the hooks and rings were broken. It had to be unscrewed from the pole, new rings threaded on, broken ones removed and then all put back up again. There are 2 huge windows in the LR so this was a job and a half.
I had some good news for DS1 yesterday. He's being sent on a course endorsed by Jamie Oliver. I don't have to pay or organise his transport (it's 15 miles away) and it will give him a recognised qualification after 10 weeks. He's currently doing a bit of casual work for my SIL but she was delighed for him to get this opportunity.
DH is away so I'll have to collect DS1 from College tonight - this is becoming a regular occurance and is really eating up my petrol!
I hope everyone has a good day - successful flying vibes for all.0 -
