Can't seem to get the strike button to work. I'll get there eventually(hopefully).

Not a bad finish to the day after a poor start thanks to the help of the special people on here. Particular thanks to jackywhizz, cyclingyorkie and dustykitten. After seeing my list written down even I began to see that I had achieved.

I'm feeling quite proud of myself really and looking forward to tomorrows challenges.

JJ glad to hear the funeral went well and you've managed to get through it. They are so so tough specially as you loved your grandad so dearly.

Dustykitten sending special prayers for your friends poorly son. How awful I can not imagine how awful it must be for them. They are going to need friends like you and are very lucky to have you. It's at times like this when you really need your friends.

Rachaelja and Elfina me and you together baby steps.
    Bring on tomorrow.

    Evening everyone,

Just on to say I did naff all today on the flying front. Visited a friend, then popped to her MrA's (don't have one where we live) to get some offers. Afternoon school run, then Beavers run, cooked tea, MrT shop, hour on the phone to my tearful DSis, and now catching up on my threads.

As it's going to be raining tomorrow, I will (with the help of DH) fly like the wind......I promise......:A

Still quite a bit to do on the list - hopefully the tv downstairs will be working again tonight (Virgin coming between 4 & 7) so I'll do a HHI watching that. DH hoovered yesterday and stripped our bed on my instructions as he ended up with a day off work after he had been to the hospital. WI tonight although I'm not staying as a, my parents aren't here to have the kids and B, the Virgin man is coming - I'll have put on anyway!

Dusty - hope your friend's on the mend.

    Have a good day all

  • Morning everyone.

Nanamia - highlight whatever you want to strike through then hit the [STRIKE]S[/STRIKE] button. Wasn't until I quoted your post that I could see the strikes - they were all at the ends of the rows.

DH has diabetic eye app today so will probably go to lunch after. Then flying will be minimal as alcohol at lunchtime is not good for my productivity. Decluttered a large amount from the bank yesterday for new tyres for DH's car so off to check the eating out deals:money:
