I have a lumia 800 and I love it.

Initially there was an issue with the audio being quite crackly at the start of an mp3 and the battery life wasn't brilliant.

However I just updated it via Zune and both problems have now gone, so before you update it before you return it!

Mine arrived today, it came with the latest fix installed on it already, and it only charges to 77%.

Also when someone calls me the screen goes black and unresponsive, i can't even hang up the call. Have to turn the phone off to get the person off the line.

Also person at other end is complaining of a humming noise on the line.

Worst phone i ever had, going straight back in tomorrows post.

Same thing, that just means it was put on a Nokia Service Centre (or factory I guess) rather than from Zune. Definitely sounds like something ain't right with it, sods law after everything you read.

Yeah i'm a bit disappointed. Had the potential to be a great phone. Back to the drawing board.

I think I will get a cheap £10 phone and wait for something decent to come out. There are a few new Sony phones due for release soon that look good.
