While I've not tried them myself I can honestly say that I wouldn't have a problem with purchasing a cashback deal from them. The general rule that I use is that if they are of any significant size they have too much reputation to lose should they decide to short-change their customers unfairly.

For instance, Vodafone ditched Carphone Warehouse recently and decided to give Phones4U a high-street exclusive by placing all their indirect business on the high street with this particular multiple. If Vodafone were to receive a high volume of cashback related complaints about P4U they would rethink that arrangement in an instant (the same way that both Three and Orange ended relationships with certain retailers who generated high volumes of cashback related complaints). Now that would be a big blow for Phones4U, especially if Voda went back to their high street nemesis, Carphone Warehouse, instead.
