Unlock Samsung S401i

I would like to unlock a Samsung S401i on O2 PAYG network so that I can use it on TMobile. Can I do this online? Or will I be able to do it in a shop?

TEMPORARY UNLOCK:
Put a non-accepted Simcard and turn it on. Type *#9998*3323#. Press Exit. You will get a new menu. Select Malloc Fail.
