  • Because we're broke and can't afford central heating to be installed!?

    It was here when we moved in. Adam, my husband did a test of his own this afternoon (never occurred to do this before) turned everything on in the house and waited to see which readout changed....it appears it was the night readout the lowest number!!!! The night and day rates are round the other way. NP told us that R1 is day and R2 is night but on our meter it's the other way round.

    Emma Smith said when my husband called her straight back "oh.....that makes sense!" She says she's going to go over it and if that's correct bill us again!

    What? NO apology NOTHING! Sorry Adam but the NP customer services really is a complete sham. You wouldn't believe the stress NP have put us through over 3 years!!!! :mad:

    Are you using any gas, if not check if your gas tariff has a standing charge or not?
