Afternoon all..
Looking for a bit of advice.
I'm currently on a tariff with 3 which gives me:
600 mins
400 texts
50 video
50 sms
Unlimited Internet access
This is £45 per month.
I would ideally like to have less minutes.. maybe 200 and more text something like 800. Is there a price plan which would cater for this?
I've tried ringing customer services but I find them hardwork. If I can rcall and know what I'm talking about it might make things abit easier.

I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!

Just done a bit of research, seems there's a tariff (direct texter 1400) which would suit me..
100text
300mins
Which is £35.
I have had my contract 6 months (12month contract) would I have to pay to lower this?
Also can I directly change to the named tariff?I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!0 -
3 now charge £25 to change tariff0

And you can only drop down by one tariff at a time.
You have to pay the £25 charge for each tariff you drop down!!0 -
I changed my tariffs last summer after being on them for 6 months and there was no charge. THEN do they charge you now. although I could only drop down one tariff,
Pls be nice to all MSer's
There's no such thing as a stupid question, and even if you disagree courtesy helps.

Can't believe it's £25 that's extortionate!
I'd be happy to pay £45 still for a tariff whicgh suited me, but they don't do one.. Guess they've got me exactly where they want me.I would have used my own initiative if someone would have told me to!0 -
yeah look - i went to the three network becuase they were offering a good handset and 6 months half price line rental. The 6 months is now up and i want to lower my tariff. I can onyl do this after 9 months on and 18 month contract apparently but they want to chrage me £25 to lower the tariff. This is absolutly absurd. I wouldnt have gone with them if i had know that they were going to charge me to change my tariff.
Has anyone managed to get this charge waived as i have tried a couple of times now and failed. If you have done it please post it here how you managed it so others like me can do it!Quidco =£446 march 090
