oooh, nothing nicer than cold yorkshire puddings with a dollop of cranberry sauce in the middle for an evening snack. yum yum yum.0

I like a bit of sweetness in my gravy - sure the cranberry sauce would be nice though I usually use up the odds and ends of our HM jellies. Try adding a dollop next time you make some.Trust me - I'm NOT a doctor!0

I am almost certain that someone I know oven-cooked a pork lion in a mixture of cranberry sauce and cream. Was a long time ago but I'm sure I've got it right.0

They were brave!
I would bake some tarts with cheese and cranberry. In fact I might actually do that now...Mortgage | £145,000Unsecured Debt | [strike]£7,000[/strike] £0 Lodgers | |0 -

I always add cranberry sauce to beef gravy, i takes off any bitterness you can get sometimes with homemade gravy
I also use cranberry instead of redcurrant with lamb chops , i dollop some on top and cook in the ovenVuja De - the feeling you'll be here later0 -

I put cranberry sauce into a standard muffin mix. My basic muffin recipe uses 280g flour and you add 200g cranberry sauce and 60g walnuts. They're very moist and yummy.0

I've made this when friends were over mid-week: http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/2265/braised-beef-with-red-wine-and-cranberry
I did add garlic though, and used up some chesnut mushrooms I had (the wine was also left over) and left it in the slow cooker. It went down really well and required practically no effort.
Otherwise, I lived on turkey and cranberry melts in the few days after Christmas - I'm really in the mood for one now!0
