No, it's not. All you've told us is that it's an 18 y/o Ravenheat. The model no. is required, and the fault.
Are you saying that if the boiler can be fixed economically, you are not interested in help with that, despite being in financial difficulty?
Edit: just seen the model no. given on your other thread. Suggest you get an independent local GSR RGI out who knows that model to give an opinion.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
