what do you mean by heavy user, you surf the internet alot, watch videos on youtube alot, or download movies and games alot? If you answer just internet then you will be fine more than enough there. Same with youtube etc. If you download movies etc perhaps you could find out how much you use on average per month and go from there.Like what I said? click thanks!:rotfl: :rotfl:

40gig does sound very generous, but like crompton says, it depends how much you download. I use virgin media, no limits (though I would never use 40gig) and VERY reliable!

If you not sure if 40Gb will be enough you could download Netmeter or something similar and measure your usage for a while.

The only way to be sure is to measure it. Grab something like NetStat Live for a week and see what your usage is. 40Gb is a lot though, I know I wouldnt exceed that."I'm not even supposed to be here today."0

So if you download 8 DVD's /per month, you might hit it, if you aren't a bit torrenter, you'll be fine.
Never knew that albertross!

Some of the fair use policies that apply are applicable to 'office hours' and downloads out of these times can be free.0
