If its the new style then, I would ask npower to re-raise the job maybe just an engineer with a bad day
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

I have had to do all the chasing and be the most pro-active. I have put nPower and UKPN together to work it out. After all, its their problem not mine.

Well it's both. My meter is broken and nPower claim not to be able to detach the live fuse. And it's UKPNs problem due to this cutout.
  • Hi,

have a read of this thread, helps to explain why things are so complicated.

Mmm, 'they are often called a coffin cut-out because of their shape'.

Thanks - ball is on their court now, I have been honest, pro-active and have made best-efforts to get everything sorted. If they are too incompetent then there is a free lunch after all!

UPDATE: UKPN have assigned a job with their maintenance team to "investigate the possible problems with the Main Fuse Cut Out".....
