Nothing, Except ask them to offer a discount. They will say yes or no.
Its expired and invalid. So starting from scratch again.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -
I have not had to prove in the past the fact I had x years ncd, and hope this time I wont as it has been just over two years I was only told about this today by a mate
Might have to try the same company that I had before and hope they dont send out a request for proof0 -

Problems may arise if you find an insurer that doesn't ask at the outset, but during the course of the policy year. (eg after a claim by or against you).
Then you may find all this coming back to bite!
Especially if the insurer would never have had you in the first place with nil (valid) NCD!0 -
Direct Line gave me 2 years NCD after 1 year on policy. The introductory benefit was not listed separately.
On a separate note, say you take out a policy and cancel it after a month. You receive a pro rata refund minus a little administration fee and you have paperwork dated today that you have X years NCD. Would that start a new timeline from today ?0
