I am trying to buy a pink Motorola Pebl for my daughter. I found a good deal with Mobileshop, an 18 month contract with free calls and texts. When I phoned to order the phone they said they can't specify the colour. I said what if a man ordered the phone and got a pink one. They said he could pay to send the phone back and then they might be able to choose the colour. I even spoke to someone 'more senior' who said the same thing. Is this normal practice with phone companies? I can imagine they will lose lots of business this way.
Does anyone know of any good deals for the pink Pebl on 02?

What do you get if you buy a clearance phone? Would it have no box, be scratched, no instructions or something like that?
