Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should

Dunno about you but I tend to sit on the top of the seat, not the underneath. I only see the underneath if DF has left the seat up (he's nearly trained :rotfl:) or when cleaning. And then I've got marigolds on, so I don't care!
And if you're going out to buy a new seat, make sure you've measured the "hole" before you go - there are at least two different sizes of seat, you don't want to get the smaller one when you've got the bigger hole (there's risk of trappage :eek:)We may not have it all together, but together we have it all :beer:
