Sky - Is this wrong? Should I complain?

Ok so I have sky and I have free everyday package, so there is a limit on what we can use.

I have used 36% of the allowance now, so it nos reads in bold next to it, "you have nearly reached your allowance, please click here to upgrade". Obviously the upgrade costs £7 per month.

Is this just a trick as 36% is less than half way in my book?

I'd give them a tweet, you'll get a quick reply. Bear in mind that the 2Gb usage cap is next to nothing and can easily be used up by a 4 hours on the BBC iPlayer.

Well we have never used it before until last month when it all was used, we could not understand why as we have not changed our usage or what we do online. Thanks

Just on here, Facebook and sometimes oh on Bounty Forums, emails just check hotmail and so on, that's about it really and of course some googleing
