I wish I could, but my budget doesn't allow it.

I'm a student, who just graduated and need a cheap car to pass my practical test to get full license and still drive it after that :)

Had 30 hours with an instructor, failed 2 times on the test and decided to get my own car and use it for practice and at my 3rd attempt for the test. Never been behind the wheel before.

Have you checked the insurance for this one.
Normally you have to buy a car you can afford to insure, rather than a car you can afford to buy.

If it's a cheap car, and you know you can change the bits it needs, you should be able to decide about the rest of it.
If you need to send it to a grage, labout will be dearer than the parts.

Have you checked the oil. It may just be thick black sludge, with the history so far.

    quite correct of course

of course putting up the vosa test reports whilst not owning the car is also an absolute offence against Crown copyright 2006 and you OP are the first ever to have posted up such full evidence to have a conviction raised against you
if i was the seller of this vehicle i would be reporting you

Fixed. No personal information in the report.

    No.

The Crown copyright protected material (other than the Royal Arms and departmental or agency logos) may be reproduced free of charge in any format or medium for research, private study or for internal circulation within an organisation.

They might be upset you didn't mention them, but that's about all.

Technically, it's not reproduced accurately now, but I think we're over thinking this.

Looks like research to me, but I'm sure you're happy.

(I don't think I should include you in the overthinking though)

You could phone vosa, it's their copyright, not yours.
It's not identified as property of a third party, so your permission isn't needed.

That shows how an older but low mileage car is not always better, The car failed its MOTs on items that any decent
owner or driver should have spotted and fixed before it went in for an MOT.

Thats a car thats never been checked between MOT's. Doesnt check the lights, Then i am probably right in presuming they
wouldnt know howto open the bonnet and check the oil etc.

It gets driven unless it stops.
