You work for who?
Every marketplace seller in existence?
The link refers to items not as described, defective, etc. Not a change of mind/error in purchase by buyerIf you receive an Amazon Marketplace item in Used condition which arrives damaged or defective, you should contact the seller within 7 days of receipt of the item to make return arrangements. If the item was New in condition, and the package was opened, the seller will accept a return up to 30 days after shipment, though the seller may charge a reasonable restocking fee if the package was opened. Learn more about Marketplace returns.
As I said in the other thread, returns are accepted if bought direct from amazon, but marketplace is different I believe
Edit:
Btw, for someone who claims to work for them (whoever they are) I'd have thought you'd know the difference between the US site and the UK site"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
i wont argue with you where i work but i do work for Amazon and it was an easy mistake hitting the US site.
The returns policy for marketplace UK is here.

You may notice how similiar both links are.0 -
Yes, it still talks about
"If you receive an item different to what was described, or that is clearly in worse condition than indicated..."
rather than the buyer changing their mind/buying in error"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -
As far as i am aware they still need to adhere to 7 day cooling of period which was 30 days over Xmas.0

Have a look at my answer on the other thread. The buyer can return for any reason within seven days of receipt. This conforms with the Distance Selling Regulations which gives the buyer a cooling off period.

The buyer will get the whole original payment back so the seller will be out of pocket however much it costs to send the item if the item is returned.
OP let us know if you catch the seller before he sends it out.
Amazombie is right about the 7 day cooling off period. That is why it must be sent back as soon as recieved.0
