MSE News: Primus increases home phone charges

I'm a Primus Phone customer (supposed to be £7.99pm with calls, but varies as they never know how to produce a bill! )
Been with them since Feb last year, and moved house (60 miles away) half way through the year to a new exchange...

Are Primus customer Service really half useless ? YES, they are....
Why ? Can only be done by phone, emails and website forms NEVER get answered.
Why+ ? to change address took them 3 phonecalls to make them understand i am moving house, and not just going on holiday ! doh !
Why++ ?? changed bank accounts, so emailed/web form, twice on each giving new bank details for direct Debit.... not actioned...
Phoned, took bank details, following month, no money taken..
phoned again, told they have bank details and bills will come out accordingly... no monies taken..
Phoned again (3rd time), re-assaured its all setup and nothing to worry about.....
28th Dec = phoneline cut off (reduced to incoming calls only), and also had a letter through from collections dept.....

I called, spoke to someone from 'credit control'... kinda asked in a polite way !!!!!! is going on..... 9 hours later, phoneline is back on, and 10th Jan, they finally bill me through direct debit...
So yes, they are hopeless..
But i can live with their retardedness for price i pay for line rental vs any other provider...... Primus all the way for me...

Thanks for detailing your bad experiences, I hope I (and anyone else) doesn't end up with similar problems. I'll certainly post about them if I do!
