Who is offering what ? and what is the best.
I'm thinking here of packages like the Sky deal and virgin media, you know call, surf & tv all in one package.
Thanks

I have just moved and tried getting a BT line installed and was told £125 connection fee and 3 weeks wait for phone line to be activated.
I then contacted Virgin Media and have requested their 10mb broadband, Large TV package and XL phone package for £42 p/m.
Connection fee of £25, however was offered £30 off of my first bill as i had used their website to find information.
Hope this helps.0 -
Hi all
Im paying through the nose at the mo, I pay about £53pm for broadband and phone, been looking round but things are confusing. Orange unlimited looks good, £5 per month if you purchase a contract of £30 or more per month, so that would be my broadband and mobile sorted. It also states the following,
calls to national and international landlines through Livebox at any time are included in the price, So would this mean my phonecalls are free too?
So for £35 I could get all 3 and not just 2 with NTL.
But do i need to switch to BT, to get the orange service? If so, how much?
Also any other packages out there?0 -
NTL do 3 for £30
Landline, TV and Broadband
or 4 for £40
Landline, TV, Broadband and Virgin mobile
You should look to see if you can get a better deal by staying with NTL at https://www.virginmedia.co.uk
I don't live in a cable area, but if did would prob opt for one of those deals, or the Landline, TV and Broadband for £26 from Sky0 -
I went for the Orange deal on a 16 months half price phone offer (via cashback though).
The Orange package and switch over has been excellent, cant fault it.
Samsung D900 - 500 mins - 500 txt - 250 Landline mins - 8mb unlimited BB - unlimited national calls - unlimited international calls - wireless router
£22.50 month + BT landline £10.75 (£33.25 total)
Cannot stand the idea of paying any money to sky either direct or via a 3rd party like videotron/C&W/ntl/ntltelewest/virginmedia or whatever the're calling themselves this month.I think my monitor's running out of ink....0 -
just phoned virgin media as an existing customer.
basically 2mb broadband and unlimited landline calls from £53 to £19.95pm.
saving £33pm0
