Is its worth switching from talk talk to BT?

Hi guys

been with talk talk for about 5 years so got one of the old routers, paying about £30 p/m for internet and phone (free calls after 6) was hoping to go with sky to bundle our tv but apparently have to go back to bt for a while before thats possible plus we only have standard sky internet in our area apparently.
was looking at the bt deals but noticed they have £10gb limits p/m which is a bit small

anyway I think we should be able to get a better deal than we have now (on a rolling month by month contract at moment, so not sure what talk talk would offer us)

cheers

  • I'm with TalkTalk with a similar package, recently paid £120 for the year's line rental, and pay about £7 a month for internet and free evening and weekend calls. equates to about £19 per month so they can offer you much better!

Is TT LLU on your exchange? if so, Essentials will be the cheapest thing on offer at £16pm. You are paying far too much, presumably you are on an old legacy package, so call them up and switch.
PS: if you couldn't go direct to Sky LLU, then it would appear that you are already on TT LLU.
If you've got to be on TT, you might as well get it cheaply-there's no other reason to use them.
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
