Having problems purchasing virgin bundles on line

I don't know what I am doing wrong but I am trying to order only TVL and phone as a bundle on line but it automatically includes Broadband which I do not want. No matter which way I do it broadband is included. The button on the broadband is clicked as 'not interested' yet it is still showing. I am clicking through from a cash back site I don't know if this makes a difference. can anybody advise, I don't want to ring up as I will not get cash back.
